Shipping Information

We use the delivery service of Packeta. Packeta offers a wide network of pick-up points and home delivery, allowing you to receive your parcel in the way that suits you best.
The shipping cost is automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the delivery address you provide, so you will see the final shipping fee before placing your order.

How it works:

1. Choose your items and add them to your cart.

2. Enter your delivery address; the shipping fee will be calculated and displayed in the cart.

3. Select Packeta as your delivery option.

4. After payment and order confirmation, Packeta will process the shipment and deliver your parcel to the chosen pick-up point or directly to your address. Packeta

Payments

Payment Gateway Provider

We use the Comgate, a.s. payment gateway to process secure and reliable online payments. You can learn more about the Comgate payment gateway on their official website:

Available Payment Methods

1. Card Payments

You can pay easily and securely using your credit or debit card. Card payments are processed through the Comgate gateway, ensuring encrypted and safe transactions.
How card payments work:

• After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the secure Comgate payment page.

• Enter your card details (card number, expiration date, CVV).

• Your bank may require verification via 3D Secure (e.g., SMS code or mobile banking confirmation).

• Once the payment is successfully completed, you will be redirected back to our store and your order will be processed.

2. Bank Payment Buttons (Online Bank Transfers)

We also support fast online bank transfers through payment buttons of selected banks. This method allows you to pay directly from your online banking environment.
How bank payment buttons work:

• Choose your bank from the list of supported options.

• You will be redirected to your bank’s online banking login page.

• The payment order will be pre-filled — simply confirm it.

• After confirmation, you will be returned to our store and your order will be processed.
